Disability Africa works to minimise UK core staff costs wherever possible, ensuring maximum investment into our projects. We empower, train, and support our project partners to deliver services with maximum autonomy and independence from the uk core team. Our aim is to support the development of resilient, creative and self-sustaining leadership teams within the communities in which we operate.
